On December 2, 9, 16, 23, 24, and 30, we're opening extra appointment slots until 16:00 for those needing a little holiday hair magic! ✨
Please note that, as these are typically salon-closed days, an additional fee of €30 (cash only) will apply.
Due to high demand, we’re happy to make this exception to accommodate our wonderful clients. Book your spot early and let us help you look your best this holiday season!

🚗 Parking Information: Please note that there is no free parking in the vicinity. Plan accordingly and ensure a smooth arrival to your glam session.
1️⃣Solo Appointments: To provide you with undivided attention, we kindly ask that you come alone to your appointments. 
2️⃣Different services from the one booked: You are not allowed to change the hair service booked in your appointment. The service that was booked is the one being prepared for you. Please choose your service wisely or book a client consultation to ensure you make the correct decision.
3️⃣ Cash Payments Only for December: For the entire month of December, we kindly ask clients to make their payments in cash at the salon. Thank you for your cooperation!
 
HAIR/BUNDLE GUIDE 
  1. Please arrive with your hair/ hair bundles that are product-free, such as no grease, no oil, no leave-in conditioner or gel, etc
  2. When coming to the salon for your appointment, please come with your hair/hair- bundles freshly washed, dried, and detangled. If you were not able to do this, an add-on of the service "Hair Wash" will be added to your total cost. 
  3. When bringing your own hair to the salon, make sure it is high-quality Raw, Vietnamese, or Virgin Hair. This ensures the final hair styling is flawless.
  4. At the salon, you can purchase hair, but there's a two-week wait for pick-up.
  5. Please note that we do not work with hair from Amazon, AliExpress, Synthetic hair, Hair shops, or stores that provide low-quality hair. If you decide to bring in this type of hair or hair not of good quality, please be aware that the end result is solely the client's responsibility. 
  6. Lastly, please read the service descriptions carefully before purchasing and attending your appointment. If you bring products that were not mentioned in the description, your appointment will be canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited.
 
DEPOSITS
  1. A deposit of 30% of your chosen service has to be paid to confirm your appointment. All deposits are included in the price of the desired service. Please select an available slot wisely, as all deposits are Non-Refundable.
  2. In the event of Rescheduling, clients can do so within 48 hours before their appointment to keep their deposit through the rescheduling link. If Rescheduling is done after that time, a new deposit will be required. Rest assured that your deposit will automatically be transferred to your future booking. 
  3. If your hair stylist becomes ill, your deposit will be refunded, and your current booking will be canceled. Alternatively, you may reschedule your appointment with the deposit seamlessly transferring over.
 
CONFIRMATION
  1. All confirmations, such as reminders, invoices, and newsletter ext. emails, will be sent to your email as soon as you book your appointment. 
 
LATE POLICY
  1. Each client is granted a grace period of 10 minutes to arrive at their appointment. Clients exceeding the grace period will incur a €10,00 late fee upon arrival.
  2. After 30 minutes, the appointment and your deposit will automatically cancelled and lost.
 
REFUND POLICY
  1. At LoveEy Beauty Collections, we offer a 48-hour grace period during which you can reach out to us regarding any concerns or issues with your hair or appointment. We strive to find a satisfactory solution for both parties, although we do not provide refunds. However, we are constantly working to improve our service, so please don't hesitate to contact us with any feedback you may have. We value all feedback and welcome it with open arms.
  2. If you are eligible for a deposit refund, it will be visible in your bank account within three working days. You will also receive an email with all necessary information about the refund.
 
CANCELLATIONS
  1. If you want to cancel your appointment, please do this at least 48- hours in advance through the cancellation link received in your booking email.
  2. You will be blocked and added to the blacklist if you do not communicate your absence. To be able to book again in the future, you must pay the remaining balance in full plus the new balance in advance to secure your appointment.
 
PLEASE NOTE !!!
  1. Your appointment time is an estimate of how long it will take to do your hair. Please keep in mind that I may finish early or run over time.
  2. The deposit payment must be made online through our online payment system. The remaining balance for your booking can be paid with cash or through Tikkie payment at the salon.
  3. No kids, no extra company. 
  4. When parking allow yourself enough time to find alternative parking so you can arrive at your appointment on time. Please note that the late policy will still apply if you cannot find a parking spot within the estimated time due to road construction in Rotterdam.
  5. If you do not mind us taking pictures and videos of your new hairdo, we would love to use your before and after shots for our social media content. Please remember to come fully prepared so that we can create beautiful content for the LoveEy Hair Collection.
